My client is a well-established M&E specialist with an extensive history of Mechanical services in the West Midlands area dating back over 100 years. They are specialists in the residential sector, operating on large-scale projects in the West Midlands and London. 

Given recent project successes, they aim to expand their skilled team and are searching for a MEP Quantity Surveyor to join their ranks out of their office in Birmingham.  

In this role, you will act as the sole Quantity Surveyor for a couple of smaller residential projects currently in the preconstruction phase across London and Birmingham, managing responsibilities from preconstruction to completion. The expected duration of these projects is at least one year, with potential opportunities for advancement within the company thereafter.

Extra benefits include a hybrid working allowance of 2 days per week, car allowance and site visits to projects in the West Midlands and London.
