Legal Cashier - West End Location 

About the Client:
Our client is a dynamic Boutique West End Law Firm specialising in Property Law. With additional offices in Manchester and Overseas, they offer an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing international practice.

The Role:
They are seeking a dedicated Legal Cashier to join the accounts team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their career in legal finance within a supportive and professional environment.

What You'll Do

Perform daily bank reconciliations with precision and accuracy
Post income money promptly throughout the day
Process Faster payments, CHAPS, and BACS transactions
Input and post various financial transactions onto accounts ledgers
Manage bills and credit notes
Send CHAPS and BACS payments via online banking systems
Candidate Essential Requirements:

Must have 12 months Accounts experience preferably within a Law Firm
Excellent written and communications Skills
Enthusiasm and willingness to learn
Degree level educated
Strong attention to detail with ability to maintain accuracy under strict timescales
Clear communication skills and team-working ability
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
Good knowledge of double-entry bookkeeping principlesWhat’s on Offer:
