SEN Teaching Assistant

The Role

As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:

• Support students across Key Stages 3 to 5, both 1:1 and in small groups
• Assist in delivering tailored interventions and adapting lesson materials
• Work closely with SENCOs, teachers, and parents to ensure consistent support
• Be a positive and reassuring presence for students with varied learning needs, including ASD, ADHD, speech and language challenges, and social-emotional needs

• Experience supporting children or young adults with SEN (in schools or similar settings)
• Patience, empathy, and a proactive attitude
• A genuine passion for helping students reach their potential
