Can you run a board meeting, greet a visitor & untangle two clashing diaries…all before lunch?
This Executive Assistant role has variety, real responsibility, and a team who’ll genuinely rely on you.
The Directors are in the thick of it, the company’s just been through an acquisition and things are moving fast…They need someone calm, organised & trusted, someone who knows how to take pressure off, without needing to be asked twice.
As Executive Assistant you’ll be supporting the Directors day to day:
Managing their diaries.
Booking travel.
Getting them where they need to be when they need to be there.
Keeping distractions to a minimum so they can focus on what matters.
But you won’t just be in the background. You’ll be a key part of how the business runs.
You’ll help the wider team too…pulling together presentations, welcoming visitors, booking rooms, chasing info, helping with internal comms, and making sure people know what’s happening and when.
Some HR admin sits with you too, offer letters, updating contracts, holiday calendars.
The team’s growing fast, and you’ll be part of helping it run smoothly.
One minute you’re helping with a senior meeting. The next, you’re stocking the fridge, managing a lease car request or stepping in to help someone finish a proposal, that’s what makes it interesting.
You’ll be based at a bright, modern, purpose-built site that the team moved into recently, it’s spacious, clean, and designed with growth in mind, the kind of place that feels good to walk into each morning.
Since launching in 2018, they’ve tripled in size & built a team of people who are loyal, grounded, and proud of what they’re doing. Last month was their biggest turnover yet. The direction’s clear and you will be right in the thick of it.
I’ve worked with the Directors for years, I remember their very first hire, some of the team started with no experience in this industry and now lead departments, others brought experience in and helped shape the next stage.
The practical stuff you need to know:
Monday to Friday, 08:30 to 5pm There’s some flexibility for the right person Salary is £30-40k You’ll need to drive, as it isn’t accessible by public transport
This Executive Assistant role is exclusive to Marshall Harmony, you won’t be contacted by any third parties.
