Description

Develop, implement, and manage QHSE policies and procedures across the organisation.
This is a senior leadership role at the site in Dundee overseeing a function of around 18 heads within Quality, H&S and Environmental.
Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations and standards in all operations.
Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify and mitigate risks.
Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and safety.
Provide training and guidance to staff on QHSE best practices.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to quality, health, safety, and environmental management.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address any compliance or quality issues.
Manage incident investigations and implement corrective actions as required.Profile
