IMH Recruitment are looking for reliable Plasterers to work on behalf of our client based in Barnsley.

Responsibilities

* To prepare area for plastering including removal and covering up of furniture

* To remove plaster from existing wall and ceilings, also external renders from walls

* To apply lightweight plasters to walls and ceilings

* To apply sand/cement and polymer insulating render to exterior walls

* To fix angle beads to interior and exterior angles

* To apply plasters and renders to heads, sills, reveals and curved or arched work

* To fix plasterboard to walls and ceilings including over-boarding

* To remove and apply tiles to kitchens and bathrooms

Skills

* NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plastering or equivalent Qualification/or willingness to work towards gaining the qualification.

* Previous experience of carrying out Plastering work to a high standard on repairs and maintenance and refurbishment projects.

* Valid UK Driving Licence

Hours and Pay:

* Monday - Friday (Hours to be confirmed at interview stage).

* 37 Hours per week.

* £15.89 - £18.00 Per hour.
