We are currently recruiting a year 3 teacher for one of our "good" 2 form entry schools in South Leeds. This position is to start after Easter until at least October half term.

The role?

This is a long term Year 3 teacher position until at least October half term and there is scope for a permanent position.

This Year 3 teacher position will suit someone who wants to have their own class and will include planning differentiated lessons, marking and assessing all pupils and providing feedback to both parents/care through reports and meetings.

This is a lovely well behaved class and the school have high expectations and will want the teacher to follow these expectations.

As a year 3 teacher you will be expected to follow the school ethos and behaviour policies which are all about positive reinforcements.

This school is currently rated by Ofsted as a 'good' school both academically and within the community. It is a 2 form entry school with pupils from different backgrounds and cultures.

Ideal candidate?

Fully qualified teacher
Experienced within KS2 classes, especially as a year 3 teacher
Experienced with lesson preparation and planning
A valid DBS or willing to apply for one
