Working Hours: Mon – Fri, 09:00 – 17:00, 37 Hours per week

Pay Rate: £20.75 per hour

Job Responsibilities

Manage housing applications and allocations.

Provide support to tenants and address their concerns.

Ensure properties are maintained and meet safety standards.

Collaborate with other departments and external agencies.

Handle complaints and resolve conflicts effectively.

Person Specifications

Must Have

Experience in housing management or similar field.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Nice to Have

Knowledge of housing legislation and policies.

Experience in working with diverse communities.

Proficiency in using housing management software.
