* Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance overall service delivery.
* Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while handling sensitive information.
Experience
* Proven experience in an administrative role or customer service environment is preferred.
* Strong proficiency in data entry with a keen eye for detail. .
* Familiarity with phone etiquette and the ability to handle calls professionally.
* Ability to analyse information and provide insights that contribute to improved service outcomes.
