Project Manager – Façade Installation
Location: Based anywhere in the North of England (must be happy to travel to Scotland regularly and to Stockport once a month)
Start Date: April (ideal onboarding timeframe 6–8 weeks)
Salary: £50,000 – £60,000 + negotiable package (depending on experience)
Project Value: £10m

The Role:
We are seeking a well-rounded Project Manager with strong façade installation experience to take responsibility for delivering a £10m project in Ardrossan, Scotland. The role is site-based and requires proven ability to manage complex construction packages, coordinate stakeholders, and drive project delivery to programme, quality, and budget.

Requirements:

Proven track record as a Project Manager on large construction projects (£10m+).

Experience in façade installation is essential.

Strong leadership and site management skills.

Willingness to travel to Scotland (site-based role) and attend Stockport office monthly
