Quality & Environmental Manager

Remuneration:
£55,000 – £65,000 (depending on experience)

Location:
North/East London (with paid travel for site visits)

O’Neill and Brennan are working on behalf of one of our long-standing clients to appoint an experienced Quality & Environmental Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established, forward-thinking business that has built a strong reputation across the construction sector.

The successful candidate will play a key role in leading and continuously improving the company’s Quality Management System (QMS) and Environmental Management System (EMS), supporting ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 compliance and driving business-wide improvements.

Our client is known for their commitment to high standards, operational excellence, and professional development – this is a brilliant opportunity for a confident, detail-oriented professional ready to take ownership of compliance and continuous improvement initiatives across the business.

The ideal candidate will have:

3–5 years’ experience in a quality management role

Strong working knowledge of ISO 9001:2015, with experience in implementation preferred

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

High attention to detail and excellent organisational ability

Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
