Job Title: Solicitor - RTA and Credit Hire Specialist

Salary: Competitive  

Location: Bromley

An exciting opportunity has become available with my client, a leading Legal 500–recognised law firm based in London/Kent Border. They are seeking a driven and experienced qualified solicitor with expertise in RTA claims and/or credit hire litigation to join a well-respected firm as part of an ambitious growth plan.

Duties include:

Manage a caseload of personal injury, RTA, and credit hire claims, both pre-litigation and litigation stages

Prepare legal documents, including statements, pleadings, and other court filings

Negotiate settlements and maintain regular communication with clients, insurers, and legal counsel

Ensure all work complies with relevant legislation, procedural rules, and professional standards

Provide clients with clear, accurate, and commercially focused legal advice throughout the claims process

Represent clients effectively in legal proceedings, delivering solutions aligned with their business or personal objectives

Support and mentor junior team members, providing guidance and training as required

The successful candidate will have:

Strong ability to build productive and professional relationships with clients and colleagues

Able to work independently with minimal supervision while staying self-motivated

Effective case and workload management, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines

Strong problem-solving skills and proactive approach to challenges

Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) with over 2 years PQE

Solid experience in RTA and credit hire litigation
