We are looking for an experienced Reactive Maintenance Manager to join our growing team based in Kennington, London. This is a hands-on, leadership role suited to someone with a solid trade background who can manage people, pricing, and performance in equal measure.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and produce accurate desktop estimates and quotations for reactive maintenance works.

Oversee and manage a team of field engineers and office-based support staff.

*

Drive performance, ensuring jobs are completed efficiently, safely, and profitably.

*

Maintain a focus on sales targets, job margins, and commercial outcomes.

*

Liaise with clients to ensure satisfaction and resolve issues proactively.

*

Monitor KPIs, job tracking, and resource planning to maintain high service standards.

Requirements:

*

Prior experience in a similar management role within reactive maintenance or property services.

*

Trade background (e.g., plumbing, electrical, carpentry) preferred – hands-on understanding is key.

*

Strong leadership and team management skills.

*

Commercially aware with a proven track record in improving sales and profitability.

*

Confident in using software to produce estimates and manage workstreams.
