The Senior Associate's role
This Senior Associate position will be focused on residential property matters, including leasehold and freehold transactions, with a particular emphasis on complex sales and purchases. The Senior Associate
To succeed as a Senior Associate, you will bring:
A qualification as a Solicitor in England and Wales with a minimum of 5 years' PQE
Strong experience in residential property, including complex leasehold matters and Building Safety Act-related transactions
A track record of working with high-net-worth clients and managing difficult or high-value transactions
Excellent attention to detail, organisational skills, and commercial awareness
Confidence with IT systems and a proactive approach to client care and team collaboration
