Logistics Coordinator

Full-time | 6-month contract (potential to extend or go permanent)
Hours: Mon–Thurs 7:30–4:00 / 8:00–4:30, Fri 8:00–2:00

We’re looking for an experienced Logistics Coordinator to join our internal logistics team on a 6-month minimum contract. This hands-on role involves coordinating day-to-day warehouse, yard, and shunting operations, maintaining accurate KPI reporting, and supporting the Internal Logistics Manager.

What you’ll do:

Support daily logistics and warehouse operations

Manage KPI updates and admin documentation

*

Assist with audits, safety walks, and improvement actions

*

Cover the Internal Logistics Manager during absence

*

Liaise with maintenance teams and 3PL partners

What we’re looking for:

Background in logistics, warehousing, or transport operations

*

Confident communicator with strong organisational skills

*

Proficient in Microsoft Office; Maximo experience a plus

Pay: £15.00 per hour (weekly pay)
