This role is all about people, problem-solving, and retention!

You'll be the first point of contact for clients looking to renegotiate or cancel their agreements - your mission is to turn that around by offering fast, effective, and solutions-focused service.

Day to Day

Acting as the first point of contact for service queries and retention conversations
Handling challenging client calls with professionalism and care
Investigating issues and working closely with internal teams to resolve them
Always keeping client satisfaction and retention at the heart of everything you do

Confident communicator with strong phone-based customer service experience
Skilled in managing difficult conversations and turning them into solutions
Target-driven and passionate about client success
Thrives in a fast-paced office environment and loves working as part of a team
