We are looking for a motivated and experienced Fabrication Production Supervisor to join our team. This is a key leadership role responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of our fabrication department while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate daily activities of fabrication team members

*

Monitor workflow and ensure production targets and deadlines are met

*

Enforce health & safety regulations and company policies at all times

*

Conduct quality checks and ensure adherence to technical drawings and specifications

*

Collaborate with engineering and planning departments to optimize processes

*

Provide training, guidance, and performance feedback to team members

*

Maintain accurate production records and report on KPIs

*

Troubleshoot production issues and implement effective solutions

Requirements:

*

Proven experience in a supervisory role within a fabrication or manufacturing environment

*

Strong knowledge of metal fabrication processes

*

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications

*

Good leadership and people management skills

*

Strong problem-solving ability and decision-making under pressure

*

Health & Safety awareness

*

Excellent verbal and written skills

*

Solid understanding of HR processes and procedures

*

Flexibility to work shifts or overtime as required
