A highly respected Quantity Surveying consultancy, with offices nationwide, is seeking a reliable Senior Quantity Surveyor with a proven track record of delivering projects from inception to completion as they grow their Leicester office.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor's role

With the recent retirement of an experienced Quantity Surveyor, the director in Leicester is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor who enjoys project delivery and can hit the ground running.

Project wise, the successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will work across a broad mix of education, university, residential, and local authority schemes.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

Ideally MRICS
Completed a Quantity Surveying or RICS accredited degree
Strong PQS / Consultancy background
Excellent pre and post contract knowledge
Comfortable delivering projects independently
Driving license and carIn Return?

£55,000 - £70,000
Travel expenses (45p a mile)
28 days annual leave + bank holidays
