Job Description:

Are you an experienced and inspiring Primary Class Teacher ready to join a forward-thinking, community-focused school? A well-respected one-form entry primary school in the Northamptonshire area is seeking a Class Teacher to join its vibrant team from September 2025 until March 2026.

Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality teaching in Key Stage 2 that engages, challenges and inspires pupils.
Create a safe and inclusive classroom environment that supports all learners to achieve their best.
Plan and deliver lessons that meet the needs of all children, including those with SEND.
Work collaboratively with colleagues to share best practice and contribute to whole-school improvement.
Maintain high standards for behaviour, wellbeing and safeguarding.
Build strong relationships with pupils, families and the wider school community.
Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with proven experience in Key Stage 2.
A strong commitment to inclusion, wellbeing and safeguarding.
Excellent communication, organisation and interpersonal skills.
A reflective practitioner who is ambitious for both pupil outcomes and personal development.
Passionate about making a lasting difference in the lives of children.
Enthusiastic and adaptable, with a positive, forward-thinking mindset.
