Bathroom Sales & Design Executive
Lancashire | Salary: £30,000 + Quarterly Bonus | Full-Time, Permanent

KBB Recruitment are working on behalf of our client, a leading independent bathroom, tile, and kitchen retailer in the Northwest. They’re looking for an experienced Bathroom Sales & Design Executive to join their award-winning showroom.

Key Responsibilities:

*

Deliver exceptional customer service in-store and over the phone

*

Create bespoke bathroom designs using CAD software

*

Manage the full sales process from enquiry to delivery

*

Conduct home surveys and produce detailed quotations

*

Build strong client relationships with excellent after-sales care

Requirements:

*

Minimum 2 years' experience in bathroom sales and customer service

*

Strong knowledge of bathroom products and showroom sales

*

Proficient in CAD/virtual design software and MS Office

*

Excellent communication skills and a sales-driven mindset

What’s on Offer:

£30,000 basic salary (DOE) + quarterly bonus

42.5 hours/week, 5 days out of 7 (rota)
