Your Responsibilities:

Lead the strategic development of SEND provision throughout the school
*
Coordinate and monitor EHCPs and support plans
*
Provide staff training and coaching in differentiation and inclusive strategies
*
Liaise with families and outside agencies to ensure best outcomes for students
*
Promote an inclusive, achievement-focused culture
Essential Criteria:
*
QTS and the National SENCO Award (or willingness to undertake it)
*
Extensive experience working with children with SEND in a mainstream setting
*
Excellent communication and organisational skills
*
Proven ability to lead and inspire others
*
A compassionate, student-first mindset
