Monday to Friday, 07:00 to 16:00 (some flexibility available)

We are working with a local electronics manufacturer based near Rugby who are looking for an experienced SMT Operator to join their production team.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and maintain Yamaha pick and place machinery
Set up and adjust SMT production lines for various product runs
Perform quality checks and ensure consistent throughput
Troubleshoot minor equipment issues to minimise downtime
Work collaboratively with production and engineering teamsWhat We're Looking For:

Proven experience operating SMT pick and place machinery (Yamaha experience preferred)
Good understanding of electronic assembly processes
A high level of attention to detail and quality focus
Reliable and able to work independently
Must drive due to location and shift start time
Based locally to Rugby or within a commutable distanceWhat's on Offer:

Full time, temp 2 perm opportunity.
£13.00 p/hour (rising once you have proven your ability on the SMT)
