Aqumen Recruitment is excited to be hiring on behalf of a leading manufacturing and supply business based in Ossett, WF5. We are seeking manufacturing to join an exciting temp-to-perm opportunity within their manufacturing factory.

Shift Pattern:

Working Monday-Friday on a 3-week rota:
Week 1: 06:00 AM - 14.00 PM
Week 2: 14.00PM - 22.00 PM
Week 3: 22.00PM - 06:00 AM
For the first 4-5 weeks you will be working MONDAY-THURSDAY 12 HOURS 6AM-6PM OR 6PM-6AM AN FRIDAY 8 HOUR 14.00-22.00 Or 0600-14.00- THEREAFTER it will go to the 8hr rotational shift. MON-FRI

This rota may change depending on company requirements.
Pay rate: £12.21 per hour
Job Description:

As a manufacturing Operative, you will play a vital role in supporting the production of high-quality tiling products in a fast-paced factory environment. Your main responsibilities will include:

Assisting with the manufacturing and assembly of tiles.
Operating machinery to ensure products meet quality standards.
Handling materials, conducting quality checks, and collaborating with the team to maintain smooth production.
Maintaining a clean and safe work environment by adhering to health and safety guidelines.
Key Requirements:

Prior experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting with attention to detail.
Comfortable with physical tasks, including manual handling.
Strong teamwork skills and effective communication.
