Our client’s Construction & Engineering Group includes more than 100 specialist lawyers, including 24 Partners, providing a comprehensive service across all areas of the construction industry.
The team’s work spans a wide variety of sectors — including commercial buildings, residential and mixed-use developments, civil and process plant engineering, energy, infrastructure, transport, and utilities — across both the public and private sectors.
They also work closely with other practice areas such as Real Estate, Banking, and Projects, offering clients integrated legal solutions and sector-leading expertise.

What You’ll Be Doing
* Advising a wide range of clients including government bodies, sponsors, funders, developers, employers, operators, contractors, sub-contractors, and professional teams.
* Providing strategic legal support on procurement strategies, facilities management, and dispute avoidance/resolution mechanisms.
* Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating construction and engineering contracts across a variety of sectors and project types.
* Building and maintaining strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor who delivers timely and practical solutions.
* Collaborating with national and international colleagues on high-value, complex matters.
* Benefiting from robust learning, development, and mentoring frameworks to support your professional growth.
About You
* Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) with at least 3 years’ PQE in non-contentious construction law.
* Experience advising on construction and engineering projects within the UK.
* Sound technical understanding of JCT, NEC, and other standard form contracts.
* Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
* Enthusiastic, proactive, and a strong team player.
* Desire to progress within a high-performing, internationally recognised team
