Key Responsibilities
Assist with the setup, operation, and breakdown of lighting, sound, and structural equipment for live events.
Support rigging and assembly of stage structures, trussing, and other event infrastructure in compliance with health and safety standards.
Operate and maintain lighting and sound equipment during events to ensure seamless technical performance.
Collaborate with production teams, designers, and engineers to execute event technical plans.
Conduct equipment inspections and troubleshoot technical issues as needed.
Load and unload event equipment safely and efficiently.
Adhere strictly to all health and safety policies on-site.
Provide general technical assistance as required throughout event operations.Candidate Requirements
Proven experience working in live event production environments with exposure to lighting, sound, and/or structures.
Technical knowledge of event equipment such as lighting consoles, audio mixers, PA systems, rigging, and trussing.
Physically fit and able to work at heights and lift heavy equipment safely.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and travel to various event locations on short notice.
Relevant health and safety certifications (e.g., PASMA, IPAF, CSCS) are desirable but not mandatory
