Customer Service Administrator
* £25,000- £26,000 per annum
* Hours: 08:00–16:30, Monday–Friday
* 28 days (including Bank Holidays)

My client are an established business with trading experience in delivering quality services and building fantastic customer relationships. They are looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join their expanding team.
Main duties include:
* Acting as the first point of contact, you’ll answer inbound calls from customers, checking their eligibility for products & services
* You’ll book visits and organise diaries between customers and field staff, sending confirmations and reminders so no one misses their appointment time
* You’ll capture customer details accurately, complete forms and documents, and keep the inhouse CRM up to date
* You’ll work alongside the sales team, chasing outstanding information and calling customers back to verify details
* You’ll carry out follow-up calls which will turn enquiries into installations
Experience & skills required:
* A “can-do” attitude and the ability to multitask
* Strong English: clear spoken and written communication
* Confidence on the phone – friendly, professional and organised
* Able to pick up new systems and processes quickly
* Eager to do well
