Anderson Knight Recruitment is supporting a respected financial services firm who are looking for a capable and organised HR professional to join their People Services team on a 6-month fixed-term contract.The successful candidate will attend the Glasgow city-centre office once per week. As this is a 6 month contract, our client is looking for an individual who can hit the ground running and would be available to start ASAP.
As People Support Coordinator, you will provide essential support across the full employee lifecycle — from onboarding through to offboarding — ensuring processes run efficiently, data remains accurate, and all interactions reflect the organisation’s commitment to its people. You will work closely with colleagues across the wider HR team, including Talent, ER, Reward, and Payroll.
Key Responsibilities
• Managing day-to-day HR queries and delivering timely, accurate responses.
• Maintaining and updating HR systems in line with business and payroll deadlines.
• Supporting all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, internal movements, and leavers.
• Collaborating with specialist HR teams across the People function.
• Assisting with HR reporting and contributing to ongoing process improvements.
What We’re Looking For
• Previous experience in an HR or people operations role, ideally within a shared service environment.
• Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
• Clear, confident communication skills and a collaborative approach to working with others.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Proficiency in MS Office and experience using HRIS systems.
