Corporate Sales Director with a background in hands on business development, scaling high performing account management teams and building long term relationships within the professional or financial services space is sought by a high growth FinTech based in Birmingham city centre.

Operating at the forefront of AI & automation innovation within professional services this Corporate Sales Director will be tasked with forming and strengthening B2B relationships with key eco-system partners to drive new business and lead generation.

This role would suit an individual with a background in hands on senior sales within a small, dynamic, fast paced tech focussed environment with a proven track record of using consultative, partnership focussed sales approach to build new relationships and deliver quantifiable business growth.

Key skills needed:

- Proven track record of winning new business within professional services or tech businesses (legal, FinTech, PropTech, banking, consultancy etc)
- Hands on, delivery focussed mindset (initially this role will a sole contributor position)
- Experience scaling and leading high performance teams
- A consultative, partnership focused sales approach
- Senior level stakeholder engagement skills
- A people centric, engaging, friendling personality
- Excellent communication and presentation skills

This Sales Director based near Birmingham will receive:

- Base salary of up to £95,000 DoE
- Annual bonus scheme and monthly commission taking year one OTE to £130,000 - £140,000 with year two OTE £160,000 growing further as the team develops
