Sure Staffing is currently recruiting for experienced FLT Counterbalance Drivers to join a leading food production facility based in the Driffield area.
Our client is a well-established pea processing factory, operating in a fast-paced and efficient environment that values safety and quality.

Salary: £12.71 per hour (Days) | £13.21 per hour (Nights)
Location: Driffield, YO25
Job Type: Ongoing
Shifts:

* Monday to Thursday or Friday to Sunday

* 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Days) or 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM (Nights)

Key Responsibilities:

* Operating counterbalance forklifts to transport produce and materials across the site

* Loading and unloading goods from vehicles

* Supporting production and dispatch operations

* Following all site health and safety procedures

Requirements:

* Valid FLT Counterbalance licence

* Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a production or warehouse environment

* Ability to work in a chilled or outdoor environment

* Flexibility with shift patterns
