Our client, a successful Industrial & Transport/Logistics recruitment agency based in Avonmouth, Bristol, is seeking a motivated Recruitment Consultant to join their expanding team. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of your desk, develop new business, and supply high-quality industrial staff to businesses across the Bristol area.

What’s on Offer:

? Basic salary up to £35,000 (depending on experience)

? Uncapped commission – 10% of Gross Profit after threshold

? Annual team performance bonus – up to £5,000 per year

? Free on-site parking + mileage allowance for client visits

The Role:

Full 360 recruitment – business development, account management, and candidate sourcing

*

Proactively developing new client relationships within the industrial & logistics sector

*

Supplying temporary and permanent staff across Bristol and surrounding areas

*

Managing client expectations and ensuring a first-class service

*

Working to targets in a fast-paced environment

About You:

*

Experienced 360 Recruitment Consultant (industrial/logistics background preferred, but not essential)

*

Proven track record in sales / business development

*

Strong relationship-building and communication skills

*

Resilient, proactive, and target-driven

*

Full UK driving licence (essential)
