A well-established building services consultancy is looking for a skilled MEP Revit Technician / BIM Technician to join their growing team. This role offers the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects—from education and healthcare to commercial and residential—within a supportive and technically strong environment.

What you’ll do:

* Produce coordinated MEP models and detailed drawings using Revit and AutoCAD

* Collaborate with engineers to translate concept designs into accurate, buildable models

* Support BIM delivery across multiple projects, ensuring quality and consistency

* Assist in developing and maintaining BIM standards and workflows

What we’re looking for:

* Strong Revit MEP experience (minimum 2 years preferred)

* Good understanding of building services coordination

* Familiarity with AutoCAD and Navisworks is an advantage

* A collaborative approach with strong communication skills

* Attention to detail and a proactive mindset
