Lead projects through all design stages, from concept to completion
Coordinate project teams, including internal staff and external consultants
Produce, review, and approve technical drawings and documentation
Conduct site visits and oversee construction to ensure design quality
Monitor project schedules, budgets, and financial performance
Engage with clients, present proposals, and respond to feedback
Mentor and support junior team members
Ensure compliance with planning, building regulations, health & safety, and sustainability standards
Contribute to bids, tenders, and proposals
Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and consultantsIdeal Candidate
ARB-registered architect with extensive post-Part 3 experience
Experience in Commercial, Life Science, and Health sectors
Proven track record of managing projects from inception to completion
Strong technical expertise in detailing, drawing, specifications, and documentation
Excellent organisational, leadership, and team management skills
Proficient in relevant design software and UK regulations
Effective communicator with experience coordinating clients and multi-disciplinary teams
Proactive, commercially minded, and solution-oriented
Experienced in mentoring junior staff and delivering projects on time and within budget
