GSL Education is looking for friendly and flexible Nursery Practitioners to join day nurseries across Chelmsford on a supply basis.

Whether you're after regular work or a few days a week, this role gives you the chance to support children's development in fun, varied, and rewarding environments.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Supporting babies, toddlers, and preschoolers with daily routines and learning activities

Creating a safe, happy, and engaging space for children to explore and grow

Working closely with nursery staff to deliver top-quality care and education

Building strong, nurturing relationships with children, staff, and parents ❤️

Adapting easily to different nursery settings with a smile and a can-do attitude

✅ What We’re Looking For:

Experience working with children aged 0–5 in a nursery or early years setting

A Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification (preferred but not essential)

A solid understanding of the EYFS framework

A caring, positive, and proactive approach to supporting young learners

Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
