Senior Digital Marketing Manager
Our client is a well-established Group of companies. Until now, all businesses within the group have sold B2B as a successful distributor. Within the next few weeks, they’re looking to launch a brand-new ecommerce website, selling directly to the consumer. Having carefully considered the agency option for SEO and Digital Marketing, they have decided the way forward, is to employ someone to take on this role internally. Sitting alongside the existing marketing team, the focus of the role will be the successful launch and continued growth / success of the B2C offering.
As a Senior Digital Marketing Manager, you will:
Implement the SEO Strategy
Implement and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including email, SEO & PPC
Analyse and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimisation
Collaborate with cross functional teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
Stay updated with latest trends and technologies in digital marketing.
Deliver digital marketing that allows the company to achieve its annual sales and profitability performance targets.
Analyse website performance in relation to customer satisfaction, average order value, lifetime value, conversion rate optimisation etc…
Lead a program of website funnel testing, optimising the customer journey at each touchpoint.
Monitor commercial performance, analyse KPI’S and recommend actionable insights to drive growth.
Be the internal digital expert, championing the platforms and key performance metrics with the main stakeholders.
You will:
* Have a degree in a relevant Digital Marketing subject
* Have a proven track record of successfully creating and delivering ecommerce strategies.
* Have an in-depth knowledge of digital marketing techniques, tools and ways to improve outcomes, including through emerging technologies eg: AI
* Be able to set and evaluate digital KPIs to aid effective decision making.
* Have the ability to adapt to changing market conditions and work in a fast-paced environment.
* Have excellent planning, project management and performance analysis skills: adept at multi-tasking, prioritising and stakeholder reporting.
* Be an excellent communicator and have strong interpersonal skills to build great relationships.
* Have a track record of working closely and efficiently with marketing colleagues, communicating effectively to drive growth.
* Be able to work with agencies to deliver epic work.
* Thrive within a dynamic fast paced environment.
Hours of work:
8.30am – 5.15pm Mon – Thursday, 8.30am – 4.30pm Friday. (38 hours)
After initial period of getting to know the team, company, products etc… Hybrid working will be accommodated.
