Tempest Resourcing is recruiting Teaching Assistants to support the increasing demand in secondary schools across the area. We offer a variety of temporary support roles, including:

- Day-to-day cover
- Long-term positions

Responsibilities:

* Assist classroom teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons.

* Provide one-on-one support and small group interventions to help students with their learning.

* Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students.

* Work collaboratively with teachers and support staff to meet individual student needs.

* Contribute to the planning and preparation of teaching resources and materials.

Requirements:

* Experience in a similar role within an educational setting.

* Strong understanding of the curriculum and learning objectives.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* A caring and compassionate approach towards students.

* A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
