The Role:
Linsco are looking for a construction administrator for one of our clients who are a leading new build housing developer. You will be based in their head office in Leicestershire. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a respected name in the industry and play a vital role in supporting the smooth delivery of housing projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the construction and site teams
Maintain accurate records of site documentation and progress reports
Update and manage project information using COINS software
Coordinate subcontractor documentation, including insurances and H&S paperwork
Assist with site set-up paperwork and new starter inductions
Liaise with suppliers, site staff, and other departments as needed
Ensure all admin tasks are completed accurately and in a timely mannerRequirements:
Previous experience in an administration role
Proficient in COINS software - essential
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Confident communication skills - written and verbal
Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
