Job Overview:
AMB Recruitment Group are Representing a local client based in Heswall. Vice Luxury Tanning Studios are seeking a highly organised Salon Manager to oversee the daily operations of their exclusive new salon based on the Wirral Wirral.

The Salon Manager will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales. You will be working in a high-end, fast-paced environment so an energetic yet professional individual is required for this role.
  
Duties:

Oversee daily salon operations, ensuring smooth functioning and exceptional customer service
Manage and motivate a team of friendly individuals, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment
Develop and implement effective salon policies and procedures to optimise efficiency and productivity
Monitor inventory levels, order supplies and manage vendor relationships
Train and educate new employees using Vice’s extensive UV training and skin safety program
Maintain high standards of cleaning and hygiene throughout the salon at all times
Create and execute marketing strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones
Stay up to date with industry trends, products and services to provide innovate offerings to clients
Work closely with marketing teams and assist with content creation
Responsible for opening the store and providing handovers to staff next on shift
Work closely with directors providing weekly reports and feedback
Maintain confidentiality in all matters associated with the business Requirements:

Proven experience in salon management or a similar leadership role
Strong knowledge and passion for beauty industry practices and customer preferences
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Have a warm & welcoming personality and maintain presentability
Desire to understand and promote the company's purpose, vision, values, and culture
Organised and professional with a passion for delivering the best across all areas
Ability to multi-task, prioritise and problem solve under pressure
IT proficient and quick to adapt to new technologies/software
