My client is a pet food manufacturer based in Bolton. They supply to pet food products direct to retail customers and direct to the consumer.

They require production operatives to work on the production machine. Duties will be to feed the machine and making the products are being made correctly and then getting the products ready for dispatch, there will also be required to lift containers weighing 10kg ready to be packed and then dispatched.

There will be no handling of raw meat, however candidates will be wearing latex gloves to handle dried pigs feet, ears and sausage jerky's.

The hours of work are Monday to Friday 09:00 - 16:00.

Ideal must have worked within a food environment or within a similar factory and must have excellent numeracy and literacy skills as candidates will be expected to count the products they are packing.

There will be a one hour unpaid lunch break
