EU Export/Import Administrator

Salary: around £25,500 per annum

The company:
A growing European business specialised in transport and logistics.
Main duties:
Coordination of shipments from EU to the UK including administrative duties and liaison with transporters
The role:
- Assist suppliers and partners with the creation of export documentation
- Instructing hauliers on loading requirements
- Assist suppliers and transporters with any loading issues / delays / changes etc.
- Updating clients on the status of their orders and the progress of deliveries
- Updating databases with transporters details, collection dates & prices.
The candidate:
- Additional fluency in either French, Spanish or Italian would be a bonus but not essential
- Computer literate - MS office
- Organised with good administrative skills
- Excellent communication skills
- A dynamic personality and a team player
The salary: around £25,500 per annum
