Junior Electrical Design EngineerAre you an enthusiastic Junior Electrical Design Engineer with a flair for design and development? Key Responsibilities of the Electrical Design Engineer:
Interpret customer specifications and define electrical design requirements.

Create and interpret wiring diagrams, electrical tables, and test documentation.

Support the design and validation of bespoke electromechanical assemblies.

Conduct electrical testing and analysis to ensure product performance and compliance.

Design and build electrical test fixtures, harnesses, and jigs.

Develop and document test methods and procedures.

Support off-site testing and qualification activities when required.

Contribute to root cause analysis and continuous improvement efforts.

Collaborate with internal teams including mechanical design, production, and quality.

Assist with training junior team members or apprentices when needed.

Skill-set of the Junior Electrical Design Engineer:
Degree-qualified in Electrical or Electronic Engineering.

Passionate about practical, hands-on engineering and solving complex problems.

Some experience with electrical testing, wiring, or CAD (placement or academic).

Familiar with programming or configuring test equipment (e.g. LabVIEW, MATLAB – desirable).

Strong communication skills and a team-first approach.

Eagerness to learn and develop within a fast-paced engineering environment.
