Pipefitter – Oxford
Start: ASAP | Duration: Until September | CIS / Umbrella
We are currently recruiting experienced Pipefitters for a long-term commercial project in Oxford, working with a well-established mechanical contractor.
Scope of Works:
Installing Unistrut, brackets and pipe clips
Installing pipe runs at various levels
Working from eco-lifts / peco-lifts
Cutting and grooving mild steel and stainless steel pipework
Installing Victaulic (grooved) joints
Installing crimp / press-fit joints
General mechanical pipe installation duties
Requirements:
Blue CSCS Skilled Worker card – essential
Proven experience as a pipefitter / mechanical pipefitter
Experience with Victaulic systems and crimp joints
Comfortable working at height using access equipment
Ability to work from drawings and instructions
Own basic hand tools
Details:
Start date: ASAP
Duration: Work until September
Payment: CIS or Umbrella
Rate: Negotiable (dependent on experience)
This is a solid run of work on a well-organised site with consistent hours
