In this role you will:
•    Maintain a sales ledger, managing all aspects of retail, and contract debt collection.
•    Provide detailed account reconciliations.
•    Follow the Scania GB Credit Control Policy to maximise collections and reduce overdue debt.
•    Log, report, and resolve customer queries efficiently to maintain positive client relationships.
•    Monitor and maintain credit limits, risk and exposure in line with group credit policy
•    Generate and promptly send invoices to customers, maintaining clear records of transactions.
•    Contact customers proactively via phone, email, or letters to collect outstanding payments and ensure accounts remain in good standing.
