Building Physics Modeller

My client is a respected energy and sustainability consultancy, who are currently looking to expand their team by appointing an experienced Building Physics Modeller.

Essential Criteria:

Providing IES-VE calculations to clients and design teams.
Producing dynamic models of buildings to assess energy use, overheating risk, and daylighting (using IES-VE).
Desiging team meetings and communicate effectively with the end client.
Completing projects for Part L/Part O compliance, CIBSE TM52/59, EPCs, CIBSE TM54/NABERS, Passive House accreditation or compliance.
Advising the design team and clients on how to improve the thermal comfort through building physics and passive design measures.
Advising on the building physics aspects of a project and complete the modelling required for BREEM and DREAM (MoD) projects.Company Benefits:
