This full-time, long-term role offers an excellent opportunity to work closely with students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), helping to create a positive and nurturing environment where every learner can flourish.

About the Role:

Provide tailored 1:1 and small-group support to students across various subjects and year groups
Work alongside teachers to deliver engaging and accessible lessons that meet the needs of all learners
Support the SENCO and wider inclusion team in implementing personalised interventions and monitoring student progress
Encourage positive behaviour, independence, and confidence within the classroom and wider school environmentWhat the School is Looking For:

Experience working with children or young people, ideally including exposure to SEND
