Our client owns a number of properties and factories. They are currently recruiting for a Grounds Maintenance Person to join the current team that upkeet the properties and grounds. These factories are based in Sutton Coldfield through to Tamworth. There are 5 different units and a large resdential property with lots of land. You will be required to do some gardening duties and general upkeep.
Working along side another Grounds maintenance person.
The Ideal candidate will at least 3 years Grounds Maintenance/groundswork experience.
Main Duties:
* All general maintenance operations
* Upkeep of factory - Painting/General repair work of building
* Grounds maintenance
* Gardening duties at large residential property
Requirements:
* Full clean driving licence
40 hrs per week
