Role

Senior Electronics Engineer based in the Newcastle upon Tyne area.

You'll design and develop cutting-edge electronic systems and play a key role in taking products from concept through to real-world deployment.

Responsibilities

* Develop robust, scalable electronics systems for complex electro mechanical products

* Assume technical leadership in department R&D

* Mentor Junior Engineers

* Support production through DFM, DFT

* Introduce new technologies and drive innovation

* Interface with external partners to meet regulatory and certification standards

* Support customers with technical queries and field issues

Person

* Strong background in electronics / hardware with proven experience delivering production ready electronic systems

* PCB design capability with hands-on skills (e.g. soldering, rework, prototype assembly)

* Autonomous, self-motivated, organised Engineer
