Develop and implement effective individual giving strategies to increase donor contributions.
Manage donor acquisition, retention, and development campaigns.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging donor communication materials.
Monitor and analyse campaign performance to optimise fundraising outcomes.
Build and maintain strong relationships with donors to encourage long-term support.
Ensure compliance with fundraising regulations and best practices.
Prepare reports and presentations for senior stakeholders on fundraising progress.

The successful Individual Giving Manager should have:
