Early Years Teaching Assistant (Full-Time, Long-Term) – Bromsgrove Area

Smile Education are proud to be working with one of our fantastic partner primary schools near Bromsgrove, who are seeking a dedicated Early Years Teaching Assistant to join their team on a full-time, long-term basis.
This is a wonderful opportunity for a passionate and nurturing individual who thrives in a lively, hands-on learning environment. The role will be primarily within the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), supporting a class of energetic and enthusiastic learners — and may also include 1:1 support for a child with additional needs.

About the Role
Full-time, long-term position
Working within an Early Years classroom setting
Supporting individual and small group learning
Providing 1:1 support for a child with additional needs
Collaborating with the class teacher and SENCO to deliver engaging, inclusive learning experiences
Encouraging independence, confidence, and social development among childrenAbout You We’re looking for someone who is:

Qualified in Early Years (Level 2 or Level 3 minimum)
Experienced or confident working with Autism and ADHD
Energetic, patient, and enthusiastic about early learning
A great communicator and team player
Reliable and committed to long-term, full-time work
Experience within EYFS is essential, and previous 1:1 experience would be a real advantage.
