We are currently sourcing Production Operatives for a leading manufacturing company based in Kidlington. The ideal candidate will have some previous production or manufacturing experience, however full training will be provided.

Responsibilities as a Production Operative:

Working as part of the production team.

Monitoring and maintaining product quality

Working effectively as part of a team

Maintaining a clean and safe work environment

Skills required as a Production Operative:

Committed and reliable

Eager to learn and develop new skills

Previous production or factory experience beneficial but not essential

Must have access to own transport due to location

The details:

Several shift patterns available

Full-time, ongoing work

Immediate starts available

Temp - perm opportunity
