Job Title: Production Operative – £15.85 per hour (Umbrella)

We are currently recruiting for a Production Operative to join a busy manufacturing team based in Thetford. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a keen eye for detail who is looking to join a supportive and growing company. Full training is provided.

? Key Responsibilities:

Reading and understanding manufacturing drawings and job file systems (training provided)

*

Preparing materials, assembly, final finish, and packaging of products

*

Assisting with installations and recertifications on-site as required

*

Adhering to strict health and safety procedures

*

Maintaining high quality and meeting deadlines

*

Supporting general production and site tasks as directed by the manager

? Person Specification:

Professional approach with ability to manage workload independently

*

Reliable, punctual, and well-presented

*

Strong communication skills within the team

*

Previous experience with CNC machinery and power tools is desirable but not essential

*

Willingness to learn and develop skills – full training provided
